Normally I avoid sweetened mouthwashes, but with age, the pancreas produces fewer oral bacteria-fighting agents. I always thought it was my diet that was giving me a foul taste in my mouth, but it's the combination of mask-wearing - 3+ hours/day - and a mouthwash that stripped my mouth of good bacteria that made the foul taste in my mouth. From the first use of the mouthwash, my mouth felt clean for HOURS (not exaggerating) - a sensation I didn't get from those stringent brown, blue, and purple mouthwashes...this is a keeper for me.

I am a diabetic and my mouth is always dry in the morning. I just hate the taste of regular toothpaste and other mouthwash. When I use regular toothpaste and mouthwash, my mouth still tastes dry and nasty in the morning. I still had morning breath. This mouthwash is great! It tastes nasty to me but it works. I do not have morning breath and my mouth is not dry nor does it have a nasty taste in the morning. I can even skip brushing my teeth at night but use this mouthwash and in the morning my mouth is still fresh and feels clean with no morning breath. I love it.
